Another addition to the dividend machine:
242 shares of Atrium European Real Estate Ltd (ATRS.VIE) were bought for € 4.20 per share including transaction fees.
Atrium is a European real estate development company specialized in shopping centers located in the eastern part of Europe. A financial summary from their website: “As of 31 December 2013, Atrium owns and manages 153 properties with a gross leasable area of approximately 1.3 million m² and a total market value of approximately €2.4 billion. The income-producing properties are predominantly located in Poland (over 50% of the total market value of Atrium’s portfolio), the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia.”

The current yield is 5.7% which is paid in a quarterly dividend of €0.06. For the dividend machine this means an additional income of roughly €29,- in 2014.
Atrium was able to double its dividend in the last four years from €0,12 to €0,24 per year, besides the earnings per share (EPS) rose well enough to cover the increasing dividends :
